1960 - 1969

 
1960
By Resolution of RSFSR Council of Ministers the repair plant on the territory of the city of Mezhdurechensk was included in the number of projects under construction.
 
1961-1966
The plant as a construction project represented: block №1 (shops: excavator repair, dump car repair, forge-boiler); block № 2 (shops: machine, tool and electrical repair); block № 3 (foundry); oxygen-converter shop; boiler house; warehouse; canteen; entrance checkpoint.
 
1967
On the 9th of January State Committee signed an act on production availability of Tomusinskiy mining equipment repair plant. Number of workers amounted to 383 persons.
First excavator EKG-4, 6A was overhauled. The plant mastered major overhaul of boring machine SVB-2, electric locomative ЕL-1 and dump car BS-100.
 
1968
Major overhaul of excavators EKG-8 was mastered.
 
1969
Complete production cycle was implemented. Heavy mechanical equipment models: vertical boring mill, milling planer «6U316», borer «26852» and gear-hobbing machine «Module» were put into operation.
 
 
 

1970 - 1979

 
1970
Designed commercial output capacity was developed ahead of schedule. Number of workers amounted to 843 persons.
 
1971
2 thousand tons of metalware were manufactured at small areas of forge shop. Engineering building, assembly hall for 400 seats were built.
 
1972
Manufacture of  automotive spare parts was launched.
 
1973
Foundry shop exceeded designed steelmaking capacity of 1252 tons.  Special order of Ministry of mining industry on manufacture of metalware for concentrating mill ZOF «Siberia» was executed.
 
1974
On the 12th of December plant team fulfilled annual plan on commodity  production output ahead of schedule.
 
1975
Tomusinskiy mining equipment repair plant was renamed as Tomusinskiy repair and engineering plant. Acute problem of excavator spare parts shortage was withdrawn. Their production to the amount of 2 mln. 480 thousand roubles was developed.
 
1976
Manufacture of glass binding band for electrical machines repair was introduced, which enables to enhance considerably repair quality. Engineering team of the plant was acknowledged as the best among the  industry related plants.
 
1977
Manufacture of in-house design buckets with capacity of 10 cubic meters for bucket-chain excavators started. During the year 161 cars 2ВS-105 were repaired.
 
1978
Shop on metalwork manufacture was launched, which enables to increase sharply production by orders of constructed enterprises of corporation «Kemerovougol».
 
1979
Continual contacts with friendly Vietnam were initiated on providing them with technical assistance in the development of mine transport equipment spare parts repair and manufacture..
 
 
 

1980 - 1989

 
1980
Manufacturing method of traction units ОPE-1 wheelpair reshaping was introduced.
 
1981
Plant management building was constructed.
 
1982
Canteen reconstruction with double increase of seats was accomplished. New shop on oxygen production, industrial water recycling plant were put into operation.
 
1983
Development of production facilities, OPE-1 trolleys and excavators attachments repair sectors started. Launching of treatment facilities was carried out.
 
1984
Greenhouse for vegetables growing was put into service. Repair technique of bulldozer D-355А undercarriage was introduced.
 
1985
Manufacture and repair of imported excavators’ spare parts was set up. Development of garden plots of horticultural society «Berezka»  began.
 
1986
Carriage rolling stock repair shop was launched. Cafe «Taiga» was equipped with necessary facilities.
 
1987
Reconstruction of kindergarten was accomplished with increase up to 90 months. Light metal structures shop building was constructed.
 
1988
Welfare facilities of block №2 were reconstructed.
 
1989
Introduction of numeric control metal-cutting machine tools started. New compressor station was put into operation.
 
 
 

1990 - 1999

 
1990
Construction of welfare rooms of carriage rolling stock repair shop and sports hall was completed.
 
1991
Computerization of industrial engineering manufacturing has started. Planning of plant transition to corporate ownership.
 
1992
Tomusinskiy repair engineering plant became a joint-stock company.  Shop on motor cars repair was opened. Replacement of obsolete equipment started, 15 numerical controlled machine tools were purchased.
 
1993
Tomusinskiy repair engineering plant was affiliated to the coal company «Yuzhny Kuzbass».
1995
Spare parts production for metallurgical works (ZSMK, KMK) and power enterprises of «Kuzbassenergo» was developed. Furnaces for long shafts thermal treatment were modernized.
 
1996
The plant took an active part in the town improvement (manufacture of lighting supports).
 
1998
Production of advanced design buckets for excavators ESH-10/70А and ESH-11/70 started.
 
 
 

2000 - 2009

 
2000
  • Production of semi-trailer for boring machines and bulldozers transportation at open-cast mining sites was launched.
  • For the first time own design bucket pilot sample with capacity 15 m3 for dragline excavators was developed and tested.
  • The plant made a contribution to construction of memorial to perished miners.
  • Semi-automatic welding machines were introduced.
  • The plant effectively cooperates with company «SovPlim» on purchase and installation of local exhaust ventilation.
  • Fronts and roofs of blocks and other buildings were repaired.
  • Roads were paved with asphalt.
2001
  • The plant took an active part in construction and reconstruction of city sport facilities (ice stadium «Kristall», chairlift).
  • Installation on teeth induction hardening of wheel gears and gears  model «KU-202» was introduced.
  • Repair and manufacture of BelAZ dump truck bodies with carrying capacity 120 tons, and also spare parts to bodies with carrying capacity 180 tons were mastered.
2002
Repair and manufacture of BelAZ dump truck bodies 180 tons was developed.
 
2003
New equipment was introduced: multi-purpose boring head WS-3 for excavators repair under mining conditions.
 
2004
Boring machine IS-1500 F2 was set in operation.
 
2005
  • Hob grinding machine, air-gas welding set were implemented.
  • New types of products and services were developed: repair of mechanized powered support M-142; holes restoring (surfacing, boring) of excavator components under field conditions by special boring-surfacing complexes; repair of excavator buckets with capacity 16  m3- 20 m3 using horizontal boring machine IS-1500 F2.
2006
Automated line on metal lattice manufacture; equipment for installation and testing of hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic equipment, hob grinding machine made in Germany were purchased and put into operation. Die tooling for mining equipment spare parts production was manufactured and implemented.
 
2007
  • New types of products and services were developed: 4 modes of casings and electrolyzer for aluminium production, tapered sleeves, rollers, lower shaft chucks for metallurgical works, handle beam EKG-20, bucket 11 m3- for excavator Liebheer (Germany).
  • Groove turning and cutting on the drum EKG-5А was mastered.
  • Technical documentation and manufacture of 20 names of parts and units for import mine and open-cast equipment (bars: D-45; D-50; D-75; DML-1200) were developed.
2008
  • Production of cranked axles for excavators EKG-12,5 and EKG-15, bucket body of excavator ESH 15/90 and its draft gear, excavator EKG-20А arm casing, drill-rod DML-1200  and adapter DML-1200, pontoon with pumping unit 6SH8, starting borer PV-271, drill rod PV-271, adapter PV-271, drill rod and bottom bit to SBSH 160/200-40, face pan was launched.
  • New types of repair were mastered: powered support unit 2KM repair, pan А 30 (М 142) repair, coal cutter-loader MG-400/950 (China production) renewal.
  • Casting of bucket bottom of excavator ESH 15/90A was applied.
  • Design drawings for manufacture of hydraulic excavator LIEBHERR R-994 bucket with capacity 11 m3 and bucket of hydraulic excavator  KOMATSU PC 750 SE-4 with capacity 4 m3 were developed.
2009
  • Manufacture of hydraulic excavator LIEBHERR R-994 bucket with capacity 11 m3, bucket of hydraulic excavator KOMATSU PC-750 SE-4, with capacity 4 m3 was mastered.
  • Manganese steel casting was applied: protection components of bucket cutting part of excavator  KOMATSU PC-5500-6 with capacity 28 m3.,  excavator ESH-15/90 bucket nose.
  • Manufacture of hydraulic props and hydraulic jacks for shaft lining  was introduced.
  • New types of repairs were carried out:  repair of  ZFN600/24/38 support unit, repair of conveyor drive drums with application of segment fettling method.
  • Repair of shaft lining hydraulic equipment was developed.
